A Brush-Applied Liquid Shield

IceCore Zylos is a water-based liquid insulation coating reinforced with nano-boron particles, applied to roofs, terraces, facades, and concrete surfaces by roller, brush, or airless spray. Once cured, it forms a flexible, seamless, reflective protective film — stopping water, heat, and UV in a single layer.

Water & Moisture Insulation

A seamless elastic film bridges cracks (>2.0 mm) and blocks water and moisture. 100% waterproofing.

Thermal Insulation & Cooling

The SRI 112 reflective surface reflects sunlight, lowering surface temperature from ~125°C to ~45°C and cutting energy costs by up to 40%.

UV Resistance & Long Life

Resistant to UV, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations; 25+ years of protection across a −40°C / +80°C range.
